Insulated stainless steel tumblers hold several spots in Amazon’s home bestsellers. Most are made in Yongkang, Zhejiang, which has a dense cluster of vacuum-flask factories. Richitoo compares factories for you, checks vacuum performance and leaks before shipment, and quotes one landed price to your door. We source plain or private-label designs only, never copies of branded products.

MOQ and price range (reference only)
We have not quoted factories for this page yet. These ranges come from public B2B listings and are reference only. Your actual quote depends on size, lid, coating, logo and packaging.
| Source (public listing) | Price per piece | MOQ |
|---|---|---|
| Made-in-China, 20 oz sublimation blank with lid and straw | US$1.98 – 2.70 | 50 pcs |
| Made-in-China, 20 oz double-wall vacuum travel tumbler | US$1.98 – 2.98 | 100 pcs |
| Global Sources, assorted stainless tumblers | US$1.39 – 4.48 | 3 – 3,000 pcs |
40 oz tumblers with handles usually cost more than 20 oz. We quote them case by case.
Ex-factory prices exclude shipping, duties and our service fee. Your Richitoo quote lists all of them on one sheet.
What we check before shipment
- Vacuum test: fill with hot water and check that the outer wall stays cool. A warm outer wall means a failed vacuum.
- Leak test: fill, close the lid, and hold upside down. Check slider and straw lids separately.
- Steel grade: magnet and spot checks against the declared grade; the test report must match this product.
- Coating: no peeling, bubbles or orange-peel texture; logo position and colour match the sample.
- Inner wall and welds: no rust spots or sharp seams; the inside is clean and odour-free.
- Lid and straw: they fit tightly, the silicone seal is in place, and the material is marked BPA-free if claimed.
- Packing: individual box or bag, divider cartons so the coating is not scratched, correct count.
Shipping time to your country (reference)
| Destination | Air freight | Sea freight (port to port) |
|---|---|---|
| United States | about 8–10 days | about 13–21 days to the West Coast, 25–40 days to the East Coast |
| United Kingdom | about 5–10 days | about 25–45 days |
| Australia | about 5–10 days | about 25–35 days |
| South Africa | about 2–10 days | quoted per route |
Add time for customs clearance and final delivery. Tumblers are mostly air volume, so for orders over a few hundred pieces sea LCL is usually cheaper.
How pricing works
- Service fee: 3% of the goods value, minimum US$49.

FAQ
Can you make a tumbler that looks like a famous brand?
No. We source generic or your own private-label designs only. Copying a protected design or trademark gets goods seized at customs.
Do I need food-safety tests?
Usually yes. Marketplaces and importers often ask for an FDA (US) or LFGB / EU 1935/2004 (EU, UK) food-contact report. We ask the factory for a current report for the exact product.
Can you laser-engrave my logo?
Yes. Laser engraving and UV print are common, with low extra MOQ. We confirm on a sample first.
