Standard orders: service fee = max(USD 49, 8% of confirmed goods value). Includes comparison of up to 3 suppliers for the same requirement, up to 3 SKUs and one consolidation coordination.

Larger orders (approximately 1,000–10,000 units or 1–5 small containers): service fee = max(USD 300, 5% of confirmed goods value). Includes up to 5 supplier comparisons, 5 SKUs, one sample coordination and arrangement of one pre-shipment inspection. Inspection fees are separate.

Samples, extra SKUs, third-party inspections, storage, domestic transport, payment fees, international freight and duties are charged separately. International freight is passed through at the logistics provider’s quoted cost without markup. Initial requirement clarification is free.

Payment before procurement

We place supplier orders only after your quote approval and verified payment.

We use at least two sourcing routes in parallel: 1688, Alibaba.com, Yiwu or Guangzhou wholesale markets, and direct factories.

We do not source counterfeit or infringing goods. Choose an unbranded alternative or a supplier with valid authorization. Food, medicines, chemicals, battery-powered products and branded goods require qualification checks first; provide documents or choose a qualified supplier.

Cancellation and refunds

The pro forma invoice must specify when the service fee is earned and who bears cancellation costs before payment. We verify supplier refunds and actual committed costs before reconciling a cancellation. Refund timing and payment charges must be agreed for each order.
