How are service fees calculated?
Standard orders: max(USD 49, confirmed goods value × 8%). Larger orders: max(USD 300, confirmed goods value × 5%). Samples, inspection, storage, transport, payment fees and duties are separate. International freight is passed through at the carrier quote.
When do you buy?
Only after you approve the quote and payment is verified.
What does basic checking cover?
Photos of packaging, quantity, specifications, colors and visible damage. Photo checks are not a full inspection. Independent inspection can be arranged for a prepaid separate fee.
Can you source restricted products?
We reject counterfeit and infringing products. For food, medicine, chemicals, powered products and branded goods, we first check qualifications. We can suggest unbranded alternatives or qualified suppliers.
How quickly will you reply?
We target a first reply within 2 working hours, three comparisons within 24 hours for complete standard stock requests, and a feasible route within 48 hours for complex custom requests. These are targets.
