Richitoo helps overseas small businesses find, compare, inspect and ship goods from China. Start with ordinary in-stock products, small replenishment orders and a limited number of SKUs.
How sourcing works
- Inquiry: send product links or specifications, quantity and destination.
- Comparison: we compare 3 suppliers using the same specification and explain differences.
- Confirmation and payment: you approve the quote and pay. We order only after receipt of funds is verified; we do not advance funds.
- Inspection: we use photos to check outer cartons, quantity, specifications, colors and visible damage. Photo checks are not a full inspection. An independent report requires third-party inspection with the inspection fee collected first.
- Shipping: confirm shipping instructions and documents, then arrange dispatch.
Service fees
Standard orders: service fee = max(USD 49, 8% of confirmed goods value). Includes comparison of up to 3 suppliers for the same requirement, up to 3 SKUs and one consolidation coordination.
Larger orders (approximately 1,000–10,000 units or 1–5 small containers): service fee = max(USD 300, 5% of confirmed goods value). Includes up to 5 supplier comparisons, 5 SKUs, one sample coordination and arrangement of one pre-shipment inspection. Inspection fees are separate.
Response targets during working hours: first reply within 2 hours; 3-supplier comparison within 24 hours for standard in-stock requests with complete details; an initial feasible route within 48 hours for complex custom requests. These are targets, not guarantees.
We use at least two sourcing routes in parallel: 1688, Alibaba.com, Yiwu or Guangzhou wholesale markets, and direct factories.
We do not source counterfeit or infringing goods. Choose an unbranded alternative or a supplier with valid authorization. Food, medicines, chemicals, battery-powered products and branded goods require qualification checks first; provide documents or choose a qualified supplier.
