- Fabric weight: weigh sample pieces and compare with the GSM on the order.
- Size: measure length and width; fleece shrinks and stretches, so we check against the agreed tolerance.
- Hand feel and shedding: brush test for loose fibres and pilling.
- Stitching: edges even, no skipped stitches, no open seams at the corners.
- Print: colour matches the approved strike-off, no misalignment, no smudges.
- Odour and stains: no chemical smell, no oil or dirt marks.
- Labels: fibre content and care label in the language your market requires (for example the US FTC textile rules, UK/EU fibre labelling).
- Packing: correct count, polybag warning text if required, carton marks.

Can I get my own design printed?
Yes. All-over digital printing is common. The mill makes a strike-off sample for your approval first.
Is fleece a restricted product?
No. Polyester blankets are general cargo. Some markets require fibre-content labels and, for children’s items, extra flammability rules. We check what applies to your country.
Can you reduce the shipping cost?
Vacuum compression often cuts carton volume a lot. We compare compressed and normal packing in the quote.
