What we check before shipment
- Flocking: even coverage, no bald patches at the edges or the hook base, no shedding when rubbed.
- Hook: swivels freely, plating has no rust spots or peeling, hook is firmly seated in the body.
- Strength: load test on the bar or shoulders (for example, hang a winter coat for 24 hours) with no bending.
- Dimensions: length and thickness within ±2 mm of the approved sample.
- Colour: matches the approved sample in daylight; no dye transfer onto white fabric.
- Count and packing: correct quantity per carton, cartons strong enough to stack, labels and barcodes (FNSKU for Amazon sellers) applied correctly.

Yes. Hot-stamping on the hook or the body is common. We confirm the logo MOQ and a sample before mass production.
Can you ship straight to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
